Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using DSS Nexus. By accessing the site, registering an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by all the provisions set forth herein.

1User Accounts & Eligibility

To place orders on DSS Nexus, you must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental consent. You are responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your credentials, password, and for restricting unauthorized access to your device. Any activity under your authenticated session is deemed your responsibility.

2Pricing, Availability & Taxes

All prices displayed on the marketplace are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless indicated otherwise. While we strive for absolute catalog accuracy, unintentional pricing or inventory errors may occur. In such rare cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

3Order Placement & Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation email or notification does not signify our final acceptance of your order. DSS Nexus reserves the right to accept or decline your order for reasons including non-serviceable pin codes, stock depletion, payment authorization failure, or breach of bulk purchase thresholds.

4Payments & Security

We accept online payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallet, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) for supported pin codes. Payments are routed through encrypted, certified payment gateways. In case of duplicate debit during checkout, the excess amount is reversed to the original payment source within 3-5 business days.

5Customer Reviews & Community Guidelines

Users are encouraged to post constructive product reviews. By posting a review, you grant DSS Nexus a non-exclusive license to display the feedback. Reviews containing hate speech, obscenity, false claims, promotional spam, or intellectual property violations will be moderated or deleted by platform administrators.

6Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat, India.
